Anne and Robert Argyle Chamberlain were married Jun 2 1943. I love this picture of Anne she looks so pretty and very happy. I saw these pictures tonight and decided that I would add them. Not sure if Bob was always so serious. I never knew him. He had heart problem and died Aug 3 1953. Aunt Anne related this story (based on how Brian and I remember it). He said to her, "Mother (yes that is what he called Anne) my mother came and sat by my bed last night (she had passed away, not sure when) it was just like she was really there". When Anne heard that she knew that he was going to die. He died the next day. I'm not sure she knew it would be so soon. They had been married a little over 10 years.
